HiFlex™ Design Specifications

Thickness

Depending on the stroke width of characters and part geometry, HiFlex™ can be produced in various thicknesses ranging from .0787” (2mm) to over .2362” (6mm).

Size

Maximum (in one solid piece) is 22.75” x 9” (580 mm x 230 mm).

Color

HiFlex™ is available in a bright gold or chrome, black chrome, metallic gold and platinum finishes. Numerous other finishes are also available. Color matching is achieved through screen printing.

Embossing

Multi-level parts and any variety of patterns are available to further enhance the dimensional appearance of HiFlex™.

Temperature

Standard HiFlex™ can be used in environments ranging from -22 Fahrenheit (-30 Celsius) to degrees 176 Fahrenheit (80 Celsius ) depending on the type of adhesive used.

Adhesive

Our standard pressure sensitive adhesives will meet a wide variety of applications. For unique requirements, Craft Originators will test and recommend an adhesive to meet your specific needs.
